This page confirms data-deletion requests and explains how to delete data Bubix processes on behalf of a connected business.
How to request data deletion
No confirmation code was provided. If you want Bubix to delete the data it holds about you, you can submit a request in any of the following ways.
- Open the Apps and Websites settings in your Instagram or Facebook account, find Bubix, and remove it — Meta will send us a deletion request automatically.
- Ask the business you interacted with to delete your conversation from their Bubix workspace.
- Email us at the address below with the channel and handle you used, and we will delete the related data.
What gets deleted
Messages, comments, profile information, media and access tokens that Bubix stored for the affected channel are removed. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
