These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bubix. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Bubix is operated by BUBİSOFT YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("BubiSoft"), a limited liability company registered in Türkiye (Maslak Tax Office, tax no. 1871761592; D-U-N-S 751171246), with its registered office at Ayazağa Mah. Kemerburgaz Cad., Vadi Istanbul Park Sitesi 7B Blok No: 7C, İç Kapı No: 15, Sarıyer, 34485 Istanbul, Türkiye. Bubix is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects messaging channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, web chat) to an AI assistant for auto-reply, lead scoring, content creation, analytics and in-chat commerce. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the conduct of users you invite to your workspace. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bubix for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive purposes, to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of platform policies, or to circumvent the rules of connected channels. You must comply with the terms and policies of Meta and any other integrated provider.
4. Customer data and consent
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your end users for the messages and personal data you process through Bubix, and for complying with GDPR, KVKK and other applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content and customer data.
5. AI-generated content
Bubix uses AI to generate replies, captions and images. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing and approving automated communications and for the messages sent from your workspace.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Quotas and limits apply per plan.
7. Third-party platforms
Your use of connected channels is also subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Meta or Stripe.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, or to comply with the law. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions about these terms, contact us.
